Join the Club

If you would like to join Pass the Line, send the following to Lori at lorirachaelharris@hotmail.com:

• A brief bio including general information, your favorite book, and your claim to fame (*your bio will be posted to the Pass the Line website. If you wish to use a pseudonym, just let me know.)
• Your mailing address (to be shared with members only if a book must be mailed to you)
• Titles you'd like to contribute to the next cycle

New members are welcome join in at the beginning of each new cycle.

Please note the following:

• Cycles will likely be at least six months long, so please sign up only if you plan to stick it out for the entire duration. If we have more than eight interested members in a cycle, we may break the members into two cycles and circulate the books around in two circles rather than one large circle in order to keep the cycle lengths manageable.
• It is likely that you will have already read some of the books in each cycle. As a Pass the Liner, we ask that you please participate in each cycle so your fellow Pass the Liners won't miss out on your excellent ideas. I will publish a list of proposed books before each cycle starts, so you'll have an option to pass before you commit yourself to a cycle.
• By becoming a Pass the Line member, you agree to participate in the Pass the Line reading cycle. In the event that you no longer wish to participate, you will be asked to return the books you have received to their rightful owner, and to allow the members to continue reading the book you provided through the end of the current cycle, at which point it will be returned to you.
